this code doesnt work so why offer it, just to reel people in to pay the full price
It appears the code works on the $4.99 price point only. I just tried and it worked for me.
It didn’t work on my ROKU for me either. I got a 99c discount, not a 99c movie.
Spent over two hours on the phone trying to resolve a problem with on demand not downloading only to find out that the system is down. What a bunch of bull****. The code would not work either and I was charged $4.99 + tax.

My iPad os 11.4.1 tablet won't let me view the movie. It keeps saying item not available...the item you've requested is not currently available in the us store in the app store..which is the only way it's allowed to be watched. On top of that I got charged 99 cents and 4.99 a 2 ND charge. I only wanted to watch it once and can't.i tried calling,over an hour hold time..no answer! I tried chat online at number 80..finally after a long hold he says we're the rentals we can't help you can in but there is a high call volume in that department. So I got billed $6 overall ..no movie to be able to watch and over 2 hours and some wasted trying to get ahold of Redbox and No luck, no refund...what an irritation!
Redbox is working on something right now for the mess that happened yesterday. I'll be sure to post the deal when it becomes available.
