Don't bother with Red Lobsters so called all you can eat shrimp feast. Its a farce. If you place one refill, you can NOT take ANY leftovers home. So choose either all you can eat OR any leftovers you may want to take home. Please share this information so others can choose in advance.
Red Lobster My rewards Program is a farce. I joined the program and went with my two sons and a friend to celebrate one If my son’s birthday on September 22, 2018 at the Lincolnwood, IL location.
I even joined the wait list to say what time we were going to be there. After eating I scanned the bill and the pints were added to my rewards. I was told that within 24 hours I will be notified of my reward. I paid my bill by cash which I always do when I go to restaurants.
Then the next day Sunday 23rd I receive an email saying they could not validate my Red Lobster receipt. What a scam!
This has been the worst experience ever - I thought last year was bad but Tonight tops the cake. Red Lobster use to be my favorite restaurant. I love seafood but the service and getting served several plates of cold food IS THE WORST.
I have to say I always love endless shrimp! I go to Red Lobster year round and faithful order shrimp trio! Which is great! But endless shrimp gives you the opportunity to enjoy all the new varietys! Unfortunately the last 3 yrs. Has been a nightmare! But today was the worst!!! My grandaughers 13th birthday I convinced her to go to Red Lobster in Fargo for endless shrimp since she no longer has to order from the the kids menu! We got our 2 pick order and said we want this for our next! They brought our second choice over half hour layer and said please we would like 2 ginger shrimp! She said are you sure you want 2! Well in minformation I'm paying 17.99 for 2! Close to 45 min. Later walked out afyet asking twice and she said they were busy! 3:00 only 1/4 full of costumers! Done with this! So sad I ruined my grandaughters 13th birthday!
