Welcome to FreebieRadar. By accessing or using freebieradar.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What FreebieRadar Is

FreebieRadar is a directory and aggregator of free samples, freebies, and promotional offers run by independent third-party brands and organizers. We do not operate, sponsor, endorse, or administer any of the offers listed on the Site. We are not responsible for the fulfillment, shipping, or any aspect of third-party offers.

2. No Guarantee of Fulfillment

Listing a freebie on FreebieRadar does not guarantee that samples will be shipped or fulfilled. Fulfillment is solely the responsibility of the brand or organizer. If you believe a listed offer is fraudulent or products have not been delivered, please contact us or use the "Report listing" button on any listing page.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. Individual offers may have additional eligibility requirements — always check the terms of each offer.

4. Organizer Submissions

If you submit a freebie listing to FreebieRadar, you represent and warrant that:

• The offer complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including FTC guidelines on deceptive advertising.
• Offer terms and requirements are clearly stated and accessible to consumers.
• All information submitted is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You have the authority to submit the listing on behalf of the brand or organizer.
• Products will be fulfilled as described in the listing.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at our sole discretion. Listings that violate these Terms or our content standards will be removed without refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on FreebieRadar — including text, design, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to FreebieRadar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Organizers who submit listings grant FreebieRadar a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display their submitted content (including images and logos) on the Site for the duration of the listing.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites operated by brands and freebie organizers. These links are provided for convenience only. FreebieRadar has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites. Visiting those sites is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing on the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreebieRadar and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site — including, without limitation, failure to receive a freebie, loss of data, or reliance on any listing. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreebieRadar and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of any listing.

11. Payments and Refunds

Payments for Featured or Homepage Spotlight placement are processed securely via Stripe. All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a listing is rejected after payment, or if a technical error prevented the listing from going live. Contact hello@freebieradar.com for payment issues.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
