Tried this offer multiple times. It does require you to register, which searches their database to see if you have an XM radio in a vehicle that you own. If it's not activated, then the service wants you to Upgrade to listen in your home. So, not free, it's a bait and switch unfortunately. Good idea XM, poor delivery.
Sorry Ellen, it appears they have changed things up since I posted the offer this morning. I'm going to do more digging to find out what's going on and I just may remove this offer.
