You may be entitled to get back up to a free $15 check ($3 per product purchased). Simply fill out the short form by October 1st to submit your claim. This settlement alleges they deceptively packaged and labeled certain Enfamil brand formula Products as being able to make a specific number of liquid ounce bottles of formula.
